Jasmine Valley is frequented by birders, and here we've decided to start listing dates and birds seen or heard, for the benefit of those interested in following up some time. Below are some reports of birds in and around Jasmine Valley.

Lots of Long-tailed Macaques and a dark red sp of squirrel (Callosciurus sp).

There was also a Malkoha (probably Green-billed)

 

The Collared Scops Owl was calling until late at night.

It was nice to hear the pair of Greater Hornbills give their first morning calls and see them fly in to a tree next to one of the ''Tree Top'' Bungalows.
